Apartment on the first floor with 4 sleeping accomodations, south exposed (so very cool) of about 45 smt, composed by:
• two bedrooms (one of which a master bedroom and one with bunkbed);
• a living room with kitchenette;
• bathroom;
• wide balcony planted with trees where you can also have lunch;
• car parking inside a private courtyard;
• enough furnishing, endowed with washer and television.

• The primary advantage of this apartment is the coolness of which it enjoys being exposed to south;
• The second advantage is the contact with the uncontaminated nature, enjoying a vacation in absolute relax and tranquillity;
• Central position, in fact the apartment is placed next to all the services in a natural and uncontaminated environment with possibility of purchasing natural foods from the farmers. We are at the feet of the Pollino’s Park and at few minutes from the sea.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PLACE

The apartment is directly placed next to all the services (tobaccos, supermarkets, telephones ect) in a natural and uncontaminated environment with possibility of purchasing natural foods from the farmers.
We are at the feet of the Pollino’s Park, where splendid and unforgettable excursions can be made.
It’s interesting to know that the area is rich in history, folklore and here the true genuineness of the Calabrian (meats, bread, oil, cheeses, fruit typical of the place gathered directly from the trees) typical products can be tasted.
The apartment is at 4 km from the Cave of the Nymphs, natural thermal establishment with sulphur water that directly gushes out from the mountains at the temperature of 26° Cs, where baths both of water and and mud can be taken for thermal treatments;
It is at 5 km from the sea (Sibari, the top of the tourist areas in Calabria);
It is at only 15 km from the famous Sanctuary of the Madonna of the Weapons in Pollino’s Park

CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT
|

• 20% in account (at the reception of such sum, will follow our letter of confirmation);
• Full payment at the delivery of the villetta, with the signing of FIAIP contract (with checks).
N.B.: BEFORE EFFECTING ANY FORM OF ADVANCE PAYMENT, ALWAYS PUT IN TELEPHONE CONTACT WITH THE CENTRAL OFFICES, TO VERIFY THE AVAILABILITY OF THE REQUESTED VILLA.

SECURITY
|
| To the delivery of the apartment it is in demand the payment of a cautionary deposit, equal to € 10O,00 (one hundred), that you/he/she will be returned to the departure, if damages have not been found to the immovable property and its endowment and have been left in the maximum cleaning. |

NOTE

• This holiday house, is not a real agrotourism or a B&B, but it is located in a farm, so you can have a nice view of nature and see the animals of the factory: chickens,pigs,cats,duks,sheeps,etc
• We have the conventions with all the services that a tourist needs: recommended purchases with farmers to taste the genuineness of Calabrian typical products: oil, typical sausages, bread, cheeses etc;
• discounts on excursions to Pollino’s Park with settled guides;
• discounts with restaurants: 10% of lunch / dinner price
• discounts with bathing establishments: June/September € 45,00, July € 90,00, August € 120,00;
